Our team comes from various backgrounds in Recruitment and Human Resources and we have one main thing in common: we strive to do what is best for the people we work with. At the end of the day, we know when we have exceeded our client’s expectations, our job is complete.

Outside of work, we are involved in various charities and Boards, and love being involved and present for our families.

History

Level Up Recruitment was founded in 2016 in Calgary, Alberta. Since its inception, Level Up has grown to include a team of specialized Senior Recruitment Consultants who work across all industries on opportunities within North America. With a focus on mid to senior level recruitment, our team truly partners with our clients to act as an extension of their hiring team.
